Honorary status for Margaret Spencer.
As a token of our respect and thanks for services over fifty years, Margaret was presented with a framed certificate making her an Honorary Member of the Society. Margaret is at present house-bound due to a fall before Christmas, but she is still a member and keenly interested in events at St Luke’s House. Over the years she has contributed generously to the running of the Groups and has ‘served her time’ on the Board. She was delighted to receive the award and a bouquet of flowers at her home in Keyworth, from Roger Crooks and Alan Gardner on behalf of the Board and Members.
